Testimonials

— Sarah J

"Heather made me feel safe and supported from the moment we met."

She spent several sessions getting to know me and my intentions and helping prepare me for a safe and soulful journey. I felt a bit nervous on the journey day but she stayed with me and supported me the whole day. The next day we spent hours exploring, processing, and making meaning of my journey. This work, and Heather’s skilled and compassionate therapy has totally changed my life.
