Healing Intensives

Let’s schedule your intake call so we will explore your personal healing goals and the various modalities available to support you in achieving your best outcomes for living with a greater sense of inner peace and presence. I provide support for women navigating all the challenges that come with life and life transitions, grief, loss, aging, purpose, health issues, relationships, anxiety and depression.. Intensives allow us three days to work in a meaningful container to help shift outdated patterns of thought, behavior and belief and update those outdated narratives.

For clients traveling to the Boulder, Colorado area, I provide concierge-style guidance to help coordinate your visit and ensure a seamless experience. Programs are designed around a three-night stay, allowing ample time for preparation, your full day intensive, and time to integrate your experience.

What's Included in your healing intensive

Your private and personalized program includes approximately 12–15 hours of individualized support using therapies that best suit your healing goals

• Two preparation sessions prior to your intensive

• One full-day healing intensive session

• Two private integration sessions following your experience

• A customized integration workbook to support continued growth and reflection
