I am a 63-year-old woman, a therapist, a plant medicine guide, and a ceremony facilitator. I am passionate about reclaiming the path of plant medicine as a means to unlock insight, intuition, and inner wisdom.

Most psychedelic therapy coverage is written for a younger demographic — biohackers, festival-goers, Silicon Valley microdosers. Almost no one is covering the population most likely to actually benefit from it clinically: women over 50 navigating retirement, widowhood, empty nesting, aging and identity shifts.
